Fished a music city tx last sunday, was alot of talk that little to no fish were being caught.I managed to put a little something together & caught 17 fish.Most were small, but had a 2.5lb fish in the well, in the last hour i had a toad jump my poor little worm & the battle was on,after a brief fight, the fish rolled next to the boat & my heart jumped outta my throat!This was the fish i needed, she was 6lb class fish! As i reached for the net, she turned & came off,..........................i felt sick to say the least.I still managed to stay in the top 10 which was ok, but knowing that 8+ pounds won it all..........that hurts.

I sympathize with you.  Last September I had one around 6lbs. throw my jig at me in the Tn central divisional championship for bassmaster weekend series, which cost me big bass for the tournament.
